The Arcus Mascot

At Arcus, we believe it is important to recognize the little things and with the help of a fantastic new Team Member, Barcus, we do just that. Barcus not only serves as Arcus' mascot but as part of a light-hearted internal recognition program. Team members send emails to Barcus whenever co-workers do something outstanding and every month, Barcus the bulldog moves to the office of a new and recognition-worthy team member. Through Barcus, employees are given the opportunity and power to recognize and praise one another. This interactivity keeps the Arcus Team members involved and excited. Every time, we can't wait to see who will get Barcus.
