His expertise as a consultant provides companies with the ability to succeed and grow in today’s competitive market. Currently, Ron serves as the Managing Director of Glenhurst Consulting Group.

Not only has he held executive positions in multiple Fortune 500 companies, but he has also been involved in numerous ventures with successful start-up companies.

As the President of Pace International and Pace CSO, Vern Swedin continues to strengthen the company and help it grow and increase in value. Vern has also been an integral part of numerous successful business ventures including several in the technology sector. He has established many outstanding industry relationships and partnerships, becoming a unique and important asset to companies in his field of expertise.

Steven Woda serves as the President and CEO of KidSafe, a company that empowers parents and other adults to keep kids safe in today’s social and digital age through the use of numerous smart tools. Steve is a regular public speaker on Internet/mobile safety and security with the use of his experience and knowledge through KidSafe. Steven brings to Arcus an entrepreneurial spirit and a unique understanding of the opportunities in today’s business and technology world.
